Cognac Mild

Aromas are ripe and melony, then turn deep with subtle hints of walnut, butter cream, oak and marzipan—a sensational bouquet. Right from palate entry the fruit concentration is perfectly balanced by a resiny, cheesy oakiness that blossoms at midpalate along with succulent tastes of raisins, vanilla and butterscotch. Finishes stately, almost chunky. The touch of rancio in the aftertaste puts it over the top. Gorgeous.

Dry Gin

Established in the 18th century, the Dry Gin is today the world's best selling Gin.

The juniper is predominantly in the nose, but well balanced with fresh coriander notes, fresh citrus and spice backdrop on the palate.

Hanson Rum

Despite its name Hanson Rum is a genuine Golden Jamaica type rum based on sugar canes, and maturing in old oak vats to achieve the characteristic soft taste of the Aruban original.

Mix it with pineapple juice and enjoy the taste of the West Indies.

Ambrosia Scotch Whisky

Ambrosia was the nectar of the Gods, and this is certainly no understatement for this superb Scotch Whisky.

Full golden in colour, clear and bright Scotch with a large and full aroma, well aged oak nuances with a hint of orange and some fruitiness. The finish is very clean and medium dry.

Hunters Schnapps

This famous schnapps is made from 56 herbs, roots, and spices - some of them secret. Once the 56 ingredients are measured and ground, they are reduced to macerates (extracts) by being steeped in a mixture of cold water and alcohol for two to three days. After the resulting extract has been filtered, it is stored in oak barrels for a period of not less than one year. At the end of this storage time, the extract is filtered once more, mixed with liquid sugar, caramel, alcohol, and water, and filtered yet again. The resultant brew is then ready for bottling.

Swedish Punsch

The name originates from "punj" which in turn is a misspelling of the old sanskrit name for five. Indeed the ingredients in a Punsch (yes - that is the correct spelling) are five: Arrak, water, lemon, tea and sugar.

Punsch became the drink of the Swedish social life in the 17th to the 19th centuries - at the time large houses had large veranda's often refered to as a "Punsch veranda" for the afternoon coffee and punsch.

Drink it hot with food (peasoup is the traditional food with punsch) or cold with coffee.

Malt Whisky

Bourbon Whisky

Gentle nose of dessert apple and raisins. Sweet, light in body and flavour, but with some delicacy and complex flavours of vanilla and honey.
The finish is full of fruity flavours reminiscent of orange flower water. Drying somewhat with a hint of char. Even the colour is pale. This is a very gentle introduction to bourbon, but with all the elements there in place.

Blended Whisky

Blended Whisky is a mild and well balanced whisky with a fresh malt flavour.

Canadian Classic Whisky

Like many of the Canadian Whiskies, this has a rich but mild flavour, without smokyness. Drink neat "on the rocks" or mixed in drinks.
