	Vanilla Vodka The Vanilla Vodka trend was started by Stolichnaya and their Stoli Vanil Vodka - now the most famous brand. Prestige soft and balanced vanilla vodka is a worthy alternative. 	Fig Vodka is a lightly bitter spiced fig vodka. Drink neat or mix with coffee or 7up®. 	Grappa Grappa is a traditional Italian drink, made from the leftover skins and seeds of grapes used for wine. This is called the "Pomacy" or "Pomace". The Pomace is fermented and distilled in its natural state. The result is around 90 proof and clear in color. It is known by other names in other countries; Marc in France, Aguardiente in Spain and Portugal, and in Germany it's known as Tresterschnapps. The grappa is dry and high in alcohol, with the flavors ranging from floral to earthy. It can have highlights of oak or juniper berries as well. Grappa is typically consumed after dinner. 	Slivovits A popular plum schnapps, very often home distilled, common in Romania, Hungary, Germany, and many other mid- or eastern European countries. Traditionally made by storing very ripe plums in an oak barrel, leaving them to ferment for a few months and then eventually it is distilled in a pot still. Strength is often very high - 50-60%. Quality varies - the general opinion is that slivovits from the local village is of superb quality, while anything from the neighbouring village is of inferior quality. Our Slivovits is of course of superb quality.
	Violet Vodka Violet Vodka has a light, soft flavour of violets. Drink neat, in tall drinks, or mixed with carbonated drinks.

	Blackcurrant Schnapps Similar in taste to the Currant Vodka - but this one has got the colour of blackcurrant as well, and maybe a slightly more powerful flavour.

	Tequila Tequila is a Mexican liquor distilled from the fermented juices obtained from the hearts of blue agave plants. The liquor gets its name from the town of Tequila located in the state of Jalisco where production started more than 200 years ago. The source of Bison Vodka's wealth of qualities is a plant of unassuming appearance called sweet grass, holy grass, Seneca grass or vanilla grass, or in Latin Hierochloe odorata. In Poland it is called bison grass (bison in Polish is zubr). Bison grass contains coumarin, a glycoside with a distinctive fragrance, once generally used to flavor tobacco, cakes and beverages. Today, because coumarin has been found to have anticoagulant properties, it is allowed only in tiny amounts which the Polish health authorities deem harmless. Bison Vodka contains only about a dozen milligrams of coumarin per litre, derived from an infusion of one or two kilos of bison grass per thousand liters of vodka. Besides, think about it: do you really want your blood to clot?
