Wine Making Kits - New Varietal Grapes House of Hambleton |
![]() |
Bordeaux Style Wine kits producing a really good Bordeaux style wine are difficult to find. This is our latest addition to the House of Hambleton Range. Based on 100% Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot varietal grapes, using our new highly specialised oak chippings and varietal yeast strains this kit will produce a Bordeaux style wine close to a high quality commercial equivalent. |
This is a wine to bottle and save - it will get better with storage. Although our special oak chippings technology gives a rich complexity of oak barrel aged flavour right from start, it gets even better with some age. You will find that the harsher tannings of young oak and Cabernet Sauvignon mellows and develops wonderfully to a rich, complex full bodied French style Bordeaux if stored bottled with good quality cork. The new Bordeaux Style wine making kit contains all the new improvements to the House of Hambleton range. |
