The Grand Superior Winekits are made
from 100% pure varietal grape concentrate.
All types include separately packed oak chips - different for each
variety - used to bring out all the complex flavours which can normally
only be achieved through barrel ageing.
Each type has is own specific yeast strain developed to enhance the
characteristics of the variety.
Grand Superior produce complex wines of great character with all the
aromas and flavours of the variety. They will be ready in 4-6 weeks
but develop wonderfully with further bottle ageing.

Barolo
Style
The
great full bodied Italian Red from Piemonte. The Grand Superior Barolo
Style wine is rich in soft tannins, with flavours of rose petals and
violets and a touch of truffle and tar.
Cabernet/Merlot
An
exquisite mix of Cabernet Sauvignon and the softer Merlot grapes. The
Grand Superior Cabernet/Merlot is a deep crimson coloured wine with
the aroma of violets and cedar.
Cabernet Sauvignon
The
Grand Superior Cabernet Sauvignon is a full bodied, complex wine, high
in tannin and with a deep ruby colour, capable of long ageing.
Merlot
The
Grand Superior Merlot is a purple and full-bodied wine, with soft tannins
and flavours of blackberries, plums and violets.
Pinot Noir
The
Grand Superior Pinot Noir is a
complex full bodied red wine, ruby brick red with a light purple hue
and hints of fresh plum and cherries.

Chablis
Style
A
rich, forward nose with smoky, mineral notes and a wonderful slightly
green tint to its colour are typical characteristics of the Grand Superior
Chablis Style wine.
Chardonnay
Grand
Superior Chardonnay produces a fruity wine with taste of apples, citrus
and hints of tropical fruit as well as the typical oak barrel flavour.
Riesling
Our Grand Superior Riesling wine is fruity and floral with hints of
honey and musk. A
complex wine which ages very well.
Sauvignon
Blanc
Grand
Superior Sauvignon Blanc is vibrant
and pale green in colour,
elegant and delicate with flavours of yellow pepper, banana and melon.
