For the home distillers we have our Alcotec Turbo Yeast range - the world leader. And for those of you who haven't got a clue what this might be - a turbo yeast is a very extreme yeast/nutrient mix which will produce 14-20% alcohol very fast (typically in 24 hrs up to 5 days). This is mainly used for distilliation, the purpose is not to drink it as it is. The drinkable versions of the turbo's are the high alcohol kits, popular in the UK and other countries where distillation is illegal.
